The Gold Cards Visa program replaces the existing EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. While the EB-5 program required an investment of $800,000 to $1 million and the creation of at least 10 jobs, the Gold Cards Visa program requires a higher investment of $5 million. The Gold Cards Visa is also marketed as a “Green Card plus,” offering additional benefits and a faster route to U.S. citizenship.
